Mushroom Rosemary Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 thin pizza crust
- 8 ounces trumpet mushrooms, sliced
- 2 capsules of Mushroom 10 Complex
- ½ cup basic tomato sauce
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded, about 1 cup
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- handful of fresh chives and arugula for garnish
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- Spread basic tomato sauce evenly over dough; top with mozzarella, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Combine Mushroom 10 Complex powder from 4 capsules, rosemary, garlic, oil and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush over mushrooms.
- Bake the pizza on a pizza stone or large baking sheet flipped over, anywhere from 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is browning and bubbling.
- Garnish the pizza with freshly minced chives and arugula and dive in! Serve hot.
